Youth Industry is a San Francisco Bay Area based Non-Profit, 501(c)(3) founded in 1993 to assist homeless youth to achieve self sufficiency through a variety of vocational training and other support programs. During our first 7 years of operation, our bicycle shop, restaurant, retail, used items solicitation and thrift store programs have provided full time jobs for over 750 formerly homeless, Bay Area youth.

Expansion

During  the last 7 years we expanded our program to include direct contributions and support to several  bay area  non-profits which share our mission to provide vocational training, counseling and opportunities to attain self-sufficiency for homeless and “at risk” youth. We also expanded our outreach and support to include homeless youth and AIDS orphans abroad.
